Overall we enjoy living here. Apartment feels safe and is generally quiet, and amenities are good. Maintenance team is awesome and always super helpful. Would recommend!

Awesome place
I’ve been living here for almost a year & I love it here, everything I need is all in one place! Plus WiFi included is a plus! The management team is amazing aswell specially Ashley! She is the sweetest thing, ready to figure any problem or situation out! Couldn’t ask for much more. Thank you Ashley!!

Since I’ve lived here at one park apartments in West Hartford on Park Road I have enjoyed my experiences immensely the staff has been very helpful. Very kind very considerate and look. I enjoy having them here on site to help us out if we need anything all the staff in the landlord, and everybody the I gave an a minus to all the staff and all the people here at one park and the maintenance people are outstanding and just helpful and things are I have no problems with anything here and I I would recommend this to friends and family. If they wanted to move in here you know because this is an experience I like the fact that there’s a pool there’s a gym there there’s a rooftop patio. There’s a lot of amenities here not too happy about the Pickleball court in the chapel, but other than that, this place is outstanding safe and things are good.

My experience here at 1 Park Rd has been amazing the staff and the tenants are very friendly. I’ve been living here at 1 park rd for about 2 years now and I’ve been very impressed with the staff and tenants and how everyone comes together. It is also quiet and everyone is to themselves no one bothers you. Which is a plus I like to live in private. Thank you for the opportunity and being so welcoming.
