It’s been great over the past few years. They’re doing more activities downtown and opening more small businesses. We enjoy being in the center and close to everything.

what you see is what you get with the apartment. some of the appliances are a bit outdated but the price for how big the apartment. the gyms are nice. throughout the move in process, the leasing office wasnt easy to get ahold of

My experience has been good. I love my view and I have a lot of space. I’ve been here for two years. I wish they would offer long time residents discounts on rent at renewal or if they renew early.

Property Managers are super attentive! Can’t wait to host my daughter’s baby shower in the rooftop lounge. The space is amazing and the views are gorgeous!

Nice clean building , good amenities , helpful maintenance staff .dryer / Washing machine needs update , window shades needs to be black out specially in the bedroom so early morning light is blocked .
