Absolutely not worth what they are charging. The staff is difficult and unwelcoming. There are plenty of better apartments in the greater Hartford area.

The Spectra Plaza community is often quiet which is very nice given how active/loud Downtown can be. The location remains my prime reason for loving the area, along with the cleaning & service staff.

Communal spaces are great, but the shared washing machines are often not working. The kitchen appliances, particularly the stove top and the fact that apartments do not come with a microwave is pretty terrible, especially considering the cost of rent here. The size of the stovetop does not allow for someone like me, who cooks very regularly and likes to meal prep, to cook in a convenient way. It's a problem I've never faced in apartments that I've lived in before which were much more affordable.... The stove top needs to be changed period. If a living space does not allow for adequate preparation of meals then might as well stay in a hotel. The carpets in the shared spaces should be changed as well. I think the parking prices are excessive for what you are actually getting.

Very good polite staff, easy move in, very good amenities, easy access to many thing, only bad part is the guests no access to let in have to go down and get guests, but love the security on hand
