The building has a nice view. It is very quiet with friendly neighbors all around you and it has a lot of restaurants with good different options to choose from.

Need to update amenities. Need more than 2 working washer machines. Need a better kitchen very small. I have hotel rug in my bedroom from when the apartment was previously a hotel.

We appreciate your feedback and we are actively working on additional updates for... amenity spaces, we welcome any recommendations you may have to further discuss with our management team. During the rehab process, all apartments were built with new, modern European influenced features. We fortunately were able to preserve some of the lobby features of the hotel but the building did require the rest to be fully renovated. The apartment is nice. I don’t like the mildew in the bathroom and one of outlet’s doesn’t work.
Also the property manager towed my car less than a month living there for parking on the side of the building. However I wasn’t informed that I couldn’t park there. I wish I got a warning letter.

Great location and well-maintained grounds, but the walls are thin, and noise can be an issue. Alexis the property manager is friendly and responsive.Overall, decent value for the price if you’re okay with some compromises.”
