Overall amenities and cleanliness are very good!
The only issue still is the package room. i still lost some packages.
The leasing office staff are very helpful when needed.

I love living here at spectra Pearl. So far, I haven’t had any problems. The staff have been respectful, and the amenities are great. It is in the middle of downtown Hartford, but it is still quiet.

Very nice place to live quite mostly. Easy access to highways and areas around Hartford. I would recommend to stay here management is pretty decent and responsive to needs.

We've been here a little over 2 years now and love it. The building has an amazing staff and it's clean and well maintained. Very convenient location as well!
